Guidance for Application for the Grant Program FY 2026

Organizations that wish to receive grants under the Keidanren Nature Conservation Fund (KNCF) Grant Program are asked to confirm the application details below and submit the “Application Documents” following the listed application procedures. Please read the application carefully. Also, in the same manner as last year, please apply by using the Web-based “Keidanren Nature Conservation Fund Management System”. Please submit your application within the application period listed below.

Before submitting the application documents, be sure to read the following documents. Regarding the PC environment, the system is guaranteed to operate when the following operating systems and browsers are used:

October 1 09:00 (JST)～November 1 12:00 (JST)

Windows 10 (64bit) x Google Chrome 116

Windows 10 (64bit) x Microsoft Edge 116

After November 1 12:00 (JST)

Windows 11 (64bit) x Microsoft Edge 138

The system may not display correctly if other operating systems or browsers are used.

A certain amount of time may be required to register in the system. Therefore, please make sure that you allocate extra time for the application process.
Please note that we cannot correspond on weekends and during Japanese holidays.

After registering in the URL below, please obtain the ID and password necessary to log in to the Fund Management System.

＊Gmail cannot be used because it cannot receive mails from the system.

＊Mail address cannot be changed after registration, so please make sure the address is contactable for a long period of time.

＊If you cannot receive mails from the system, important messages are likely to arrive in May (after uploading Final Report), June (after uploading Revised Plan), and November (after uploading Interim Report), so please check the system regularly during this period.
