1. Contribution through the Keidanren Nature Conservation Fund
- (1) Support for NGOs projects that contribute to achieving the GBF targets
- (2) Fund for Community Development and Knowledge Management for the SATOYAMA Initiative (COMDEKS)
- (3) Monitor the progress of the grant projects including on site monitoring
2. Promotion for nature positive management
- (1) Revise Keidanren Declaration for Biodiversity and promote Keidanren Initiative for Biodiversity Conservation in response to the GBF
- (2) Promote mainstreaming disclosure such as nature-related financial information
- (3) Call out for corporate efforts that contribute to the GBF and National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan such as OECM and NbS
- (4) Provide information and raise awareness through symposiums, etc.
3. Facilitation of the environment for nature positive management in Japan and overseas
- (1) Make policy recommendations to facilitate nature positive management
- (2) Participate in international projects and initiatives on biodiversity, and formulate frameworks of biodiversity

4. Collecting the latest trends overseas/ Dissemination of efforts by Japanese businesses
- (1) Dispatch missions to survey global trends
- (2) Disseminate case studies and opinions of Japanese business community and companies through presentations at major various conferences and dialogues with major organizations

- (1) Monitoring the progress of the action plan and implementation of improvement measures based on progress results
- (2) Intermediate evaluation for a global stocktake at the CBD COP17
